Documentation
Nomiq docs
Nomiq turns notes, sources and ideas into a map you can reason with. You work in the browser; nothing is uploaded while you edit. When a map is worth sharing, you publish a version to NomiqMapRegistry on Robinhood Chain, where its history and reviews stay readable by anyone.
Quickstart
- Open the workspace and start a blank map, paste notes, or open a starter.
- Add nodes, link them, and mark each one as evidence, an assumption or an open question.
- Read it back in the Synthesis tab, then open the decision brief.
- To share it, connect a wallet and publish a version from the Publish tab.
Canvas
Four node kinds: note (a thought or finding), source (something you can point to, with an http or https link), concept (an idea that groups others) and option (a choice you are weighing). Four link types, drawn from one node to another: supports, contradicts, depends on and relates to.
Drag cards to arrange them, drag the background to pan, scroll or use the buttons to zoom, double-click empty space to add a note. Use Link, pick the source card, then the target. Delete removes the selection. A map holds up to 300 nodes and 600 links; it autosaves in your browser.
Import
Paste Markdown or text, or choose a .md, .txt or .json file. Headings become concepts; list items, quotes and paragraphs become notes linked to the heading above them. A line ending in ? becomes an open question, a line with a link becomes a source marked as evidence, and the prefixes Evidence:, Fact:, Assume:, Option: set the mark or the kind. A map JSON file replaces the map.
Evidence layer
Every node carries one mark. New nodes start as assumptions on purpose: nothing counts as evidence until you say so. The Layers tab counts each mark, dims everything else on click, and lists nodes that are not linked yet.
Synthesis
The built-in synthesis needs no model: it groups linked nodes, finds the most linked node of each group and writes which nodes support it, contradict it and which questions stay open, citing node ids like [o1]. When the site has an AI model configured, “Draft with AI” sends the map's node texts and links to it and asks for groups that cite ids; any group citing an id that is not in the map is dropped. A draft changes nothing until you accept a group, which adds it as a concept node you can edit or delete.
Decision brief
The brief lists each option with its reasons for, reasons against and what it depends on, then every assumption and open question, and the map's content hash. Options are ordered by links from evidence nodes (support minus contradiction). That ordering is a count of what you wrote, not a recommendation. Export it as Markdown or print it to PDF.
Publishing
Publishing stores a version: the canonical JSON of the map (raw deflate when that is smaller), at most 24,576 bytes, travels in the VersionPublished event; the registry keeps its keccak-256 payload hash, the content hash of the uncompressed canonical JSON, its size and its parent version. The first publish creates the map with you as its author; later publishes build on the version this browser published last. The author can add up to 16 editors who may also publish versions. A version can build on any earlier version of the same map, so the history is a tree.
Until the registry address is set on this site, publishing runs in practice mode: you sign a message (no transaction, no fee) and the version is kept in this browser only.

}Reviews
Any wallet outside the map's team (not the author, not a current editor, not the version's publisher) can attest a version once with a verdict: 1 holds up, 2 needs changes, 3 disputes the evidence, 4 read without a verdict, plus the keccak-256 of a note (only the hash is stored). Counts per verdict and the list of attesters are public. An attestation records an opinion; it does not make a map true, and anyone can attest, so look at who did.
Verify
The verify page recomputes a map file's content hash from its canonical form and compares it with a published version, and hashes a reviewer's note to compare with an attestation. Map pages read the payload back from the event and check both hashes against storage.
Contract
NomiqMapRegistry on Robinhood Chain: 0x25fa65c0cd1fd7ca0c95806b7e97fd9d7dd5e841. No owner, no admin, no fee, no pause, no upgrade path, no constructor arguments; it holds no funds and rejects ETH. Block numbers are read from the ArbSys precompile (the chain's own blocks).

Maps stay in your browser's local storage until you publish. Publishing makes the whole map public and permanent on the chain: leave out names, contacts and anything private. The AI draft, when you use it, sends the map's texts to the site's AI provider. The site keeps no account and never holds a key.
Network
Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663, gas paid in ETH. Connecting a wallet adds the network if it is missing. Phantom cannot add custom networks, so it is shown as not supported.
